1. Pricing
   • Ticket prices are set by the Event Organizer
   • May include additional fees such as booking or service charges
   • All prices are displayed in the respective currency
   • Include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
2. Payment
   • Full payment is required at the time of purchase
   • We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website
   • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
3. Confirmation
   • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket
   • Please ensure the email address provided during purchase is accurate
4. Resale of Tickets
   • Purchased tickets are for personal use only
   • Unauthorized resale, transfer, or use for commercial gain is prohibited
   • May result in ticket cancellation without refund

All ticket prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. The total amount payable will be displayed to you before you complete your purchase.

We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. By providing your payment information, you consent to the use of such processors, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

1. General Policy
   • All ticket sales are final
   • Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless required by law or expressly authorized by the Event Organizer
2. Event Changes
   • Event Organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup
   • In such cases, refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organizer
3. Event Cancellations and Force Majeure
   • If an event is canceled, TixMojo will facilitate refunds as directed by the Event Organizer, typically excluding booking fees
   • In the case of force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances), Event Organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Event Organizer’s refund policy

You agree to use the Services and attend events in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Violate the rights of others
• Disrupt the operation of the Services or events
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Use the Services to promote or sell unauthorized products or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of this section.

All content on the TixMojo website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, icons, images, and software, is the property of TixMojo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the TixMojo website without our prior written permission.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TixMojo, Louder World Pty. Ltd., its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Event quality, content, or execution
• Personal injury, property damage, theft, or other loss occurring at an event or Venue
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services, participation in events, or inability to use the Services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TixMojo, Louder World Pty. Ltd., its affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including Event Organizers and other Users
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Services and these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, Event Organizers, or TixMojo.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any outstanding balances or fees owed will become immediately due and payable.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We will notify users of material changes where required by law. Continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
